Brault tippers stand out from the competition by their superior quality. They fit all makes and models of trucks. The majority of our skips are designed using proprietary aluminum extrusions. Each extrusion has been specially developed to optimize the product; for example, our wall extrusions have a mortise tenon system to make the body very solid while maintaining its lightness.

In addition, all extrusions are double-walled, of different thicknesses, to concentrate the forces in the most stressed areas. Our hollow frame system is perfect for adding an exhaust system pass to heat the body. In addition, the aluminum used for manufacturing is grade 5000 and 6000 series (marine grades). This makes the product not only very stiff, but also very light.

After several years of research and development, Brault aluminum tippers have established themselves greatly in the gravel tipper market; they are just as strong and resistant as a steel body, while retaining the many advantages of aluminum.

They are manufactured with our proprietary design extrusions, type 6061-T6, a premium alloy. The walls and door are double-walled, which allows for greater rigidity than a single-walled wall. Its mirror-varnished finish on the visible side provides a lasting aesthetic for minimal maintenance.

By its ingenious design; the aluminum body is much lighter than steel; by comparison, an approximate saving of 1,500 kg (3,300 lb) is achieved for a steel bucket of the same dimensions (19 ’). Several options are available to customize your bucket, so that it is as efficient as possible according to your needs.

All mirror polished Brault tippers come with an SBClear anti-corrosion coating. This nanotechnology-based product provides long-lasting appearance retention and ease of maintenance.

Our grain bins have a similar weight but approximately 40% more cargo volume than regular excavation bins; which allows a more efficient transport of light materials. This grain bucket shares the same types of extrusions as the other buckets available, 6061-T6 aluminum profiles with a very rigid mortise tenon system and a double wall of different thicknesses to concentrate the force in the most critical places. In addition, our mirror finish is also applicable on this type of body.

Our landscaping tippers are made from Soudure Brault type 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion; a premium aluminum alloy. The design of our extrusions makes the body not only lighter, but also much stronger. Including the truck, the weight of a Brault Landscaper Tipper is less than 4500kg (9920lb).

In addition, its floor is 2 to 4 inches lower than other skips; it is therefore much easier to access and its cargo space is maximized, while lowering the center of gravity.

The manufacture of our tippers allows a completely flat sub-floor; which prevents the accumulation of mud and snow and allows for quick and easy cleaning. A wide variety of options are available to meet your exact needs.

Our small removable skips are entirely manufactured in our factory. Their designs, workmanship and materials used make them much more robust than what is available on the market. The walls are made of 3/16 thick 5052 aluminum, unlike the competition which uses a lower grade of aluminum and thinner.

The floors and the wall heads are in Brault extrusions, which explains their greater strength. In addition, they are equipped with a telescopic cylinder with a capacity of 7 tons. The installation is done very quickly and can be added to any truck sold on the market since the body is available in 6 “or 8”.

The Brault mini insertion bucket is a great alternative to the landscaper’s bucket. With an approximate cargo volume of 2.5 cubic yards (63 cubic feet) for the 8 ’, this dumpster can transport all kinds of materials quickly, without damaging your truck’s box.
